Jude Larson- Owner- JML Real Solutions
Jude Larson has extensive experience in business including retail management, financial planning and owning a print marketing company to name a few. He is passionate about business success; Jude coaches people to become all they are designed to be and strengthens the world’s business culture by implementing ethics and encouraging personal development to each and every individual who touches business.
Jude does this as the president and owner of JML Real Solutions, a very successful Consulting/Training/Hiring and Coaching company offering real solutions that create real and lasting results in business. Jude is also part owner of a thriving automotive repair facility in the South Puget Sound area. Additionally, Jude is in partnership with The ACT Group and brings his incredible presentation skills and experience to offer management training across the country.
His newest (and most exciting) endeavor is helping locals in impoverished countries to build businesses that can support their communities and combat poverty.
In addition to splitting time on his business endeavors, Jude also spends time with his beautiful wife, four amazing children and grandson. Jude and his family may often be found exploring the outdoors or road tripping around the country!
Josh Dunn- Owner- Premier Media Group
Josh Dunn is the founder and CEO of Premier Media Group the creative leadership behind 425 Magazine, South Sound Magazine, 425 Business Magazine, and 425 Live! . His 22-year career has focused on building creative media brands and publishing magazines for a variety of markets, from community and regional magazines, to the wedding industry and the kitchen and bath arena. Since the opening of his business the week of September 11, 2001, Dunn and his team have published more than 250,000 magazines with a loyal readership. He excels in building trust in marketing, identifying key niches, and building strong relationships.
Dunn has an impressive history of working hard for his team and his community as he was recognized as the community volunteer of the year in 2015 by the MBA of Pierce County. Premier Media Group has been named a Top Company to work for several times. He is also the founder of TEDxTacoma for the last 5 years. You will find Dunn giving back countless hours in his community with various non-profits and is the Chairmen of the Board for the Tacoma Pierce County Chamber. Dunn has been featured on Evening Magazine, Q13Morning News, KBTC, and HGTV. Additionally, he is a recipient of “40 Under Forty” and was named as one of Pierce College’s “Distinguished Alumni.” His persistence, optimism, and a strong moral compass are guiding influences in his personal and business life.
Dunn is a devoted family man. He lives with his wife Michelle and their three wonderful children in Lakewood. One of his favorite leaders is Winston Churchill. In his spare time, Dunn loves to golf, travel and search for vintage Coca-Cola antiques.
Greg Towne- Executive Director – John Maxwell Team
Greg Towne is a successful entrepreneur, published author, industry leader and sought after speaker, trainer, and consultant in business development and leadership. As a business owner Greg practices, what he preaches and speakers and trains from a position of action, and not a position of theory. Everything that Greg speaks or trains on he has put into place in his own companies. Greg is also a member of the John Maxwell Team as a certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach providing top level leadership training and workshops. Combining both his personal experience as a successful business owner and leader with the training as a John Maxwell Speaker allows Greg Towne to deliver an inspiring and entertaining message!
Brian Harding- Owner- The Plumbing & Drain Co.
Brian Harding and his wonderful, beautiful wife, Stacy, live in Lake Tapps. Between them, they have 4 children – ages 16-21, with only the 16 year old still living at home. Brian moved to Washington state in 1987 and has lived here since. He graduated from Enumclaw High School in 1993. Brian did not attend college and has primarily worked in two industries during his career – the steel industry and plumbing. Before starting The Plumbing & Drain company with his two partners 7 years ago, he has held a variety of job types including Operations, Sales, HR, Purchasing, Quality Control and Management.
When not working, Brian and Stacy spend their free time taking their boat out on the lake, riding their Harley and otherwise enjoying the Seattle summers. They also enjoy travelling whenever possible as well as watching the Seahawks play on Sunday and enjoying Stacy’s famous ‘game day snacks’.
Jeremy Field- Regional Administrator-US Small Business Administration (SBA) – Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington
Field spent the past nine years in Pocatello, Idaho as the regional director and state grant coordinator for U.S. Senator James E. Risch (R-Idaho), the chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. The position allowed him to collaborate with local leaders on federal issues, evaluate policy impacts on Idahoans, and work with a congressional team.
“A consistent theme throughout my career has been building bridges between federal agencies and the people and organizations they serve,” Field said. “I’m eager to continue that work connecting our region’s entrepreneurs and job creators to SBA services that help their businesses grow and flourish.”
Prior to working for Senator Risch, Field was a staff assistant for former U.S. Senator Larry Craig (R-Idaho) on the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging in Washington, D.C.
An Idaho native, Field has a master’s degree in public administration from Idaho State University, a juris doctor degree from University of Idaho, a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University and an associate’s degree in mathematics and physical science from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
